We send all parcels at a flat rate of $11 on all orders placed within Australia unless Express Post option has been purchased at check out. We use Sendle and Australia Post depending the zone we have to ship to.
For personal circumstances Local delivery will be suspended until futher notice.
We have a processing time of 3-5 business days but we aim to process them within a day or two where we can. Once shipped please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive unless you have purchased Express Post. Please be mindful that Express Shipping doesn't mean Express processing time, it just mean the shipping process will be faster from our partners.
Check your spam/junk folders for a tracking number email which will be sent when your order is ready for shipping.
Mya Collection will not be responsible for any parcel that cannot be delivered correctly. This includes incorrect, non-deliverable or incomplete addresses. We can not be responsible for lost or delayed shipping, as this is out of our control. As a customer you are responsible for checking the tracking information given once we ship out your parcel. Please get in contact with us if there is any issue with the delivery and we will try to help. No refund will be given if a solution can be found. If another delivery is needed because the information provided are not correct the customer will be asked to cover the shipping fee.
Please note that in the case your parcel can't be left in a safe place or can't be delivered according with the instructions, it will be taken to your local post office or nearest parcel collector. Couriers will keep the parcel for 5 days and AustraliaPost will keep the parcel for two weeks before sending it back to the sender. If this happens and you didn't take action to collect your parcel in the timeframe given, you will be responsible to cover the fee for another delivery.
