Where are your products made?
We are a Melbourne based business.
 
Which wax do you use?
For our candles we use a 100% natural coconut soy wax, vegan and free from herbicides, pesticides or petroleum.
 
Do you use fragrance oil or essential oils in your products?
In our products we use premium grade fragrance oils, not tested on animals and they are free from phthalates or parabens. They are safe during pregnancy and for your pets.
 
I am after a custom fragrance or candle, will you make it?
Due to the nature of our business and the availability of supplies during this unprecedent times, we would consider making custom fragrances or products for large quantities only or wholesale orders. We try to accomodate every request if possible, contact us info@myacollection.com.au for discuss your next order.
 
Can I use the outdoor candle inside?
We made the Citronella outdoor candle in a concrete jar and with a free lead cotton wick which are designed for an outdoor/ patio atmosphere, the wick is stonger for the flame to be able to survive outdoor. We don't suggest to burn it inside but it's up to you, either way never leave a candle burning unattended. 
 
What is your processing time?
Our products are handmade in small batches, we have a processing time for our orders of 3-5 business days, but we aim at 1-2 business days where we can. We know shipping times are having delays so we try to be as quick as possible to avoid incoveniences. If you are in hurry please let us know and we will try to do our best and make it quicker for you, also we reccomend choosing Express Shipping if you need your order soon.
 
Do you deliver worldwide?
At the moment we ship to all Australia and to New Zealand. Please note that at the moment shipping is having major delays so plan ahead of time.
 
Can you do same day delivery?
We are based in nothern suburbs of Melbourne, contact us of you need a same day delivery, we can consider it depending on the nature of the order and the location, we can't promise but we will do our best.
 
Can I request a delivery for a specific day?
No, unless we can get organised for a local delivery ( Melbourne nothern suburbs), we cannot decide a date for the courier or Australia Post to deliver, they will manage and deliver based on the time frames provided.
 
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination of your order, please check the Shipping Policy page for update informations. Also note that the shipping time doesn't include the processing time.
 
How can I contact you?
You can contact us by sending an email at info@myacollection.com.au and we will respond as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can use the plugin chat box on our website, and please remember to be clear on your questions, we don't see which pages you are on so we don't know what products you are referring to and also when asking about shipping, specify the post code and state you are referring to, we are not google maps we just make candles ;-)

I would like to send a gift to someone, how do I do that?
Every product whether is a candle or a gift box can be packed as a gift. Please use the NOTE box at checkout to add any instructions or requests you have for your order. We will do our best to accomodate it and we will get in contact if we need clarifications. Please also be clear on your ordering and if it is a gift we will need THEIR name and address in the shipping area and YOURS in the billing address ( unless you are the one to receive the gift to then give it to them personally). 
If you would like to swap one of the products in the gift boxes please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request if possible.
