Refund policy
| Returns Due to the nature of our products, please be mindful and choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. Our personalised products are tailor-made for you, and that's why you choose us, we advise you to double check the messages and personalisation for potential spelling mistakes. If your purchase arrives with mistakes, we cannot take responsibilities unless the fault was a result of the personalisation process. We take the quality of our products seriously and we do everything in our power to ensure that your gift or purchase arrives in perfect condition. However should your purchase arrive damaged or fail to be of acceptable quality, please contact info@myacollection.com.au including as many details as possible about the order and the product, with photograph evidence within 14 days of arrival. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund if the product arrives with a major failure. The products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty or damaged. Please make sure to pack well the item to avoid any further damage to the product or packaging and send your faulty product to: MYA COLLECTION PO BOX 305, Reservoir, VIC, 3073 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Sale items Please note that we will refund or exchange only full price item and unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
